At Design a Wall Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your wall product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your wall product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-made wall products, such as those designed through our Wall Builder tool, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Package the item securely, including the return authorisation number, and ship it to our designated returns address.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process the refund or ship the replacement item within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your wall product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
